What kind of products do you use for your carpet cleaning services?

For all services, including carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, and pet odor removal, we only used water based, fragrance free products that are safe for children, pets and anyone with allergies.

After carpet cleaning, how long will my carpet take to dry?

For both commercial carpet cleaning and residential carpet cleaning, carpet drying time can range from 6 to 8 hours depending on the padding and grade of carpet. When we are finished, the carpet will be damp - but you can still walk around on it.

After upholstery cleaning, how long will it take for my furniture to dry?

Furniture typically takes 4 to 6 hours to dry.

What kind of carpet cleaning do you provide?

We offer carpet cleaning services for homes, offices, and commercial spaces. Our professional carpet cleaners use a high powered water extraction system, often referred to as "steam cleaning".

Do you use portable equipment or a truck mount system?

We operate portable machines that enable our carpet cleaners to get into areas that truck mounted systems don't allow.

What do I need to do to prepare?

Prior to your carpet cleaning service, all we ask is for you to pick up all personal items off areas we are cleaning. If you have pets, we ask you to vacuum before we arrive to allow us to effectively remove pet odor and pet stains.

What types of payments to you accept?

For your convenience we accept cash, check, chase quick pay and zelle pay.

Can you clean my car?

Yes, we are happy to provide upholstery cleaning services in your vehicle's interior.

Can you clean my porch that has indoor/outdoor carpet?

Yes, we also provide carpet cleaning services to indoor/outdoor carpets.

My patio furniture cushions are really dirty, can you clean them?

Yes, we are able to perform our upholstery cleaning services on any type of cushions that are water soluble.
